Garage Sale Pricing Guide

This guide will help price your items for a yard or garage sale. Most items in good condition should be priced 10%-30% of the original price.

Tip: If you have any expensive items, example, something over $50.00, it's a good idea to increase the price slightly higher than what you'd expect to sell it for. That way if someone bargains on the price, you will most likely stay satisfied after the item is sold.

If you have higher priced items your not willing to bargin over your better off selling them through your local paper, Craigslist or Bonanzle.
